By accessing and using AIO Church's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

AIO Church provides a comprehensive church management platform that includes:

• Communication tools (email, SMS, and voice calls)
• AI-powered response generation and message composition
• Lead management and tracking
• Meeting scheduling and video conferencing
• Task and workflow management
• Contact and congregation management
• Automated communication workflows

AI-Powered Services and Authorization

By using our service, you explicitly authorize AIO Church to:

• Send communications on your behalf: Our AI systems may generate and send emails, SMS messages, and other communications to your contacts using your organization's identity.
• Access communication history: We analyze your communication patterns to improve response quality and personalization.
• Generate automated responses: Our AI assistant (R.ai) can automatically compose and send responses based on conversation context.
• Process voice and text data: We process calls, voicemails, and messages to provide transcription, summarization, and insights.
• Execute automation workflows: Our system can automatically trigger communications based on predefined rules and AI recommendations.

You remain responsible for all communications sent through our platform and should review AI-generated content when using approval mode.

Data Collection and Usage

We collect and use data to improve our products and services:

• Usage Analytics: We track how you use our platform to identify improvements and optimize features.
• Communication Data: Email content, SMS messages, call recordings, and conversation history may be analyzed to improve AI models and service quality.
• Performance Metrics: We collect data on system performance, response times, and feature usage.
• AI Training: Anonymized data may be used to train and improve our AI models, including response generation and conversation understanding.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA
• Obtain proper consent from contacts before sending communications
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Not use our services for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Telnyx (voice/SMS), SendGrid (email), Facebook (social media), and various AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Refund Policy and Service Terms

NO REFUNDS: All payments made for our services are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Service Provided "AS-IS": Our services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You accept the service in its current state with all faults.
• No Refunds Policy: There are no refunds for any subscription fees, including but not limited to partial month services, unused services, or dissatisfaction with the service.
• Scope of Services: This refund policy applies to all products, services, training programs, professional services, consulting services, memberships, subscriptions, and any other offerings provided by AIO Church or its affiliates, whether delivered digitally, in-person, or through any other medium. All payments for any services or products are final and non-refundable once payment is received.
• Acceptance of Terms: By using our service, you explicitly accept these terms and acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination by us, we will discontinue all future payment collection.
• Prorated Returns: In the event we terminate your service, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a prorated return of any prepaid fees for the unused portion of the current billing period. This is not guaranteed and is provided on a case-by-case basis as a courtesy, not as an obligation.

BY SUBSCRIBING TO OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT THIS NO REFUNDS POLICY AND THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AIO Church shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI systems or actions taken based on AI recommendations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIO Church harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AIO Church and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use our services for your internal business purposes only.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
